As part of the vocational studies element of their ASDAN Diploma, young people at Pegasus School have been finding out about different careers.
We invited the local “Police Community Support Officers” to come to the School.
Young People were given a tour of the Police vehicle – including the experience of sitting in the back of the “cell” part of the vehicle and were also able to try on some of the Officers uniform.
The Officers also talked to the young people about their role, road safety and how young people can keep themselves safe when out in the community.
