Sarah Davies of Rowden House School who has been promoted to House Manager.
Sarah joined Rowden House School as a Residential Support Worker in 2000. After 2 years in this role she progressed to the role of Shift Leader, before becoming Care Co-ordinator in 2007.Sarah is currently studying for NVQ 4 Caring for Young People and NVQ 4 Leadership and Management.

Jo Breeze of Orchard School who has been promoted to Deputy Care Manager.
Jo joined Orchard School as a Support Worker in 2004 and progressed to the role of team leader before her promotion to Deputy Care Manager in 2009. Throughout her time at the School, Jo has worked closely with the Principal and Team Leaders to provide a stimulating environment for the young people at the school, in which they feel safe and can develop to their full potential |
