In recognition of the SENAD Groups commitment to
delivering good quality services the group achieved ISO 9001 certification in February this year. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality
management of businesses. It will operate at Group level and will measure, evaluate and seek to improve the Head Office quality
systems. Martin Bradder, Group Health and Safety Manager led the project with the support of the Directors and Head Office colleagues.
The ISO 9001 quality system will measure the consistency of key inputs and measurable outputs in to the delivery of the customers’ individualised education and/or care plan. Head Office staff will assess the impact of their service delivery by judging how it contributes to meeting the five themes of EVERY CHILD MATTERS outcomes framework, which will ensure that the needs of its three stakeholder groups are being met.
