Why use us?

Our Team of Dedicated Support Workers

All our Support Workers are trained in accordance with CQC (and Ofsted regulations where relevant to an educational setting).

During interview, prospective staff are assessed to ensure they share our high ethical standards and values and that they're ready to put these values into action with person centred thinking. Safeguarding those in our care is our priority; all members of staff undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure, their references are thoroughly checked and they receive Safeguarding training as part of their induction.

On commencement of employment, all staff undertake a comprehensive induction programme including the current mandatory subjects; First Aid, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Lone Working and any appropriate identified specific training such as challenging behaviour intervention protocols or medication.

An ongoing training programme is undertaken throughout the employment of each Support Worker, ensuring they are equipped for the services they provide. We work closely with local colleges to ensure that all staff complete an NVQ (or equivalent).

All staff are in constant contact with the management team and receive formal supervision on a structured and monitored basis. This time is used to ensure staff are working towards all policies and procedures and to ensure an effective person centred service is provided.

We currently have Support Workers available throughout the East and West Midlands as well as the West Country and Wales
