From M1

Leave the M1 at J25 and join the A52 towards Derby.
Remain on the A52 for 7 miles until ?The Pentagon? roundabout
keeping in the right hand lane.
Take the second exit onto Eastgate passing under a bridge
then underpass.
Continue through a set of traffic lights then at the next lights
enter Ford Street where the road splits, turn right signposted
for the A52, into Friar Gate (one way).
Just before the next lights turn left into Larges Street.
St James Court is situated on the right hand side.

From A38

Leave the A38 at the roundabout junction with the A52 to join
the A52 Ashbourne Road heading into Derby.
Continue along this road for approx. 1/2 mile and bear left onto
Bridge Street joining the one way system, keep to right hand
lane.
Bear right onto Agard Street then right onto Ford Street, and
then right again onto Friar Gate.
Just before the next lights turn left into Larges Street.
St James Court is situated on the right hand side.

Parking

Meter street parking is available on Friar Gate and Vernon
Street.
