Working within the residential setting you will assist with a range of care. This will include personal care and hygiene, as well as supporting the students' needs during leisure activities and school holiday periods. You will be expected to work a shift pattern which will include some sleep-in duties.
We are looking for people who are willing to undertake a challenge and provide a hiugh standard of care to young people. You don't need qualifications because we provide a full induction and NVQ training programme. Experience of working in a similar setting would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will manage the supervision and appraisal for your staff teams whilst monitoring and developing best practice in the workplace.
