Brian Harris has been shortlisted in the Social Care Health and Safety category in the finals of the Wales Care Awards. The Awards are run in association with Care Forum Wales and the ceremony will take place in Cardiff on the 21st October.
Brian started at Aran Hall School in 1997, having previously worked in the construction industry. He was nominated for the award by the schools Principal, Duncan Pritchard who praised him for his commitment to his work.
His dedication to health and safety training and development has ensured that the school has maintained its British Safety Council five star health and safety status for the past five years. In the last audit the school scored a fantastic 99.5%.
