RSPB project at Aran Hall School |

Students from Aran Hall School have been working on an RSPB project which has involved visiting the Ospreys nesting site near Porthmaddog. During the summer there were three chicks and the pupils visited them regularly to watch their progress. They were able to observe the birds from the monitoring station where they could be watched on a live video link, or through binoculars at a vantage point.
RSPB staff offered fantastic information and updates on the bird’s progress. This was then developed into a larger project involving visits to the red kite feeding station and some excellent student projects |
